Free immunizations available in county

Free immunizations are available for children and adults in Chippewa County. Immunizations will not be given for any children under age 18 years unless a parent or legal guardian fills out and signs a permission form.
Immunization consent forms can now be printed off the Chippewa County Department of Public Health Web site at www.co.chippewa.wi.us.
Bring and present the child’s immunization history. For more information call 726-7900 or (800) 400-3678.
Clinics in Chippewa County are:
- 9 to 10:30 a.m., Thursday, Dec. 11, Bloomer Baptist Church, 2620 Duncan Road, Bloomer.
- 1:30 to 2:30 p.m., Monday, Dec. 15, Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, 147 E 4th Ave., Stanley.
- 8:30-10 a.m., Tuesday, Dec. 23, Chippewa County Courthouse, Room 123, 711 N. Bridge St., Public Health Department, on the first floor. By appointment only.
- 4-6 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 31, Chippewa County Courthouse, Room 123, 711 N. Bridge St., Public Health Department, on the first floor.
