BOSTON — In a Sunday, Nov. 2 Travel page story about how to make the most of a visit to Boston on a budget, The Associated Press reported erroneously that John Adams was buried in the Old Granary Burying Ground. Samuel Adams is buried there.

The Chippewa County Sheriff’s Department responded to the following calls:

Friday, Nov. 28

12:24 p.m. A vehicle fire was reported on Highway 53 north of Highway 29. The Chippewa Fire District responded.

3:59 p.m. Hay bales were reported on fire on a trailer on Highway 27 north of Highway 64. The Cornell Fire Department responded.
