The Friends of the Chippewa Valley Symphony present its annual Christmas Stroll from 1 to 6 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 22. Featuring the music of local musicians in beautifully decorated homes.
Enjoy complimentary coffee and cookies. Start from Chapel Heights United Methodist Church, 300 E. Hamilton Ave., Eau Claire.
Tickets are $10 and available at Chippewa Valley Symphony Office, Brent Douglas, Festival Foods, The Potting Shed, Ron’s Castle Foods and Willow.
Christmas Pops
The CV Symphony Christmas Pops concert is planned at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 13 at The State Theater: Regional Arts Center, 316 Eau Claire St., Eau Claire.
This family concert features a sing-along of holiday favorites and an appearance by the the Chippewa Falls Senior High School choir.
Tickets are $17 for seniors and adults, or $10 for students and youth.
Celebrate
The CV Symphony will also have its annual holiday concert, “Celebrate,” at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 13 at The State Theater: Regional Arts Center, 316 Eau Claire St., Eau Claire.
The program features Overture from “Music for the Royal Fireworks” by Handel, “Capriol Suite” by Warlock, “Rhosymedre” by Vaughn-Williams, “The Walk to the Paradise Garden” by Delius, “Water Music” by Handel, “Sleigh Ride” by Anderson, “Christmas Carols” by Rutter, and a holiday sing-along.
Tickets are $10 for students, $19 for seniors, $20 for adults.
