Immunization clinics planned




For the Herald

Free immunizations are available for children and adults through the Chippewa County Department of Health. Immunizations will not be given for any children under age 18 years unless a parent or legal guardian fills out and signs a permission form.

Immunization consent forms can be printed off the Chippewa County Department of Public Health Web site at www.co.chippewa.wi.us. Bring and present the child’s immunization history. For more information, call 726-7900 or (800) 400-3678.

Clinics are: 

- 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 7, Cornell Elementary school lunchroom, 417 Main St., Cornell. By appointment only. 

- 9 to 10:30 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 9, Bloomer Baptist Church, 2620 Duncan Road, Bloomer. 

- 1:30 to 2:30 p.m., Monday, Oct. 20, Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, 147 E. 4th Ave., Stanley. 

- 4 to 6 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 22, Public Health Department, Room 123, Chippewa County Courthouse, 711 N. Bridge St., Chippewa Falls.

- 8:30 to 10 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 28, Public Health Department. By appointment only. 

- 4 to 6 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 29, Public Health Department.
