Kloss charged for domestic incident

James E. Kloss III, 19809 County X, Lot 7, has been charged with strangulation and suffocation, physical abuse of a child and misdemeanor battery from an Aug. 15 incident at his residence.
Kloss allegedly became enraged over a cell phone bill and choked his wife, kicked her, then spanked their 2-year-old twice for playing with some items on the table.
Kloss is to appear in court Sept. 16.
