Vaccination clinics planned in August

Free immunizations are available for children and adults at various sites in Chippewa County. Immunizations will not be given for any children under age 18 years unless a parent or legal guardian fills out and signs a permission form.

Consent forms can now be printed off the Chippewa County Department of Public Health Web site at www.co.chippewa.wi.us. Bring and present the child’s immunization history. For more information, call 726-7900 or (800) 400-3678.

- 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., Thursday, Aug. 14, Bloomer Baptist Church, 2620 Duncan Road, Bloomer.

- 8:30 to 10 a.m., Tuesday, Aug. 26, Chippewa County Courthouse, 711 N. Bridge St., Public Health Department, Room 123, on the first floor. By appointment only.

- 4 to 6 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 27, Chippewa County Courthouse.

- 1:20 to 2:30 p.m., Monday, Aug. 28, Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, 147 E 4th Ave., Stanley.
