Math meet at UWEC draws local participants

For the Herald - Local high schools from western Wisconsin and eastern Minnesota participated in the 26th annual regional Mathematics Meet on Feb. 16, at the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire.
Chippewa County participants which placed include:
Stanley-Boyd High School’s team, The Positive Ones, placed second in Class AA.
McDonell High School’s team, the Mackmaticians I, placed second in Class A.
Anthony Kirckof of Stanley-Boyd High School, received a first-place in Class AA.
Todd Jacobson of McDonell High School received a second-place in Class A.
Andrew Swoboda of McDonell received a fifth-place in class A.
