Chelsea Clinton coming to Eau Claire

MILWAUKEE — Chelsea Clinton, the daughter of former President Clinton and Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, will make four stops in Wisconsin this week, the Clinton campaign said Sunday.

Chelsea Clinton will be at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee campus Monday at 11 a.m., according to the Wisconsin for Hillary campaign office. She’ll follow that appearance with a stop at UW-Madison at 3:45 p.m.

She is scheduled to be in Eau Claire and La Crosse on Tuesday. No details on those appearances had been made public at press time. We will have the latest on Clinton’s visit to the Chippewa Valley when further details are made available.

The day before Clinton's annnouncement, the other Democratic candidate, Illinois Sen. Barack Obama, had revealed plans to hold a rally in Madison on Tuesday night.
