Dawn Muska


TOWN OF ARTHUR — Dawn C. Muska. 67, town of Arthur, passed away Friday, October 6th, 2006 at home with her family.

She was born on December 18,1938, the daughter of Milton “Mitt” and Marion (Hoover) Meyer in Chippewa Falls.

Dawn was united in marriage to Joseph Muska on July 9,1960 in Jim Falls.

She grew up in the Cresent area where she attended Little Drywood Grade School and Cadott High School. She moved to California with her family and later moved back to the Drywood area. She later lived and farmed in the town of Arthur were she loved taking care of her family and pets, gardening, reading, housekeeping, farming and helping her husband run their business.

She is survived by her husband Joseph Muska; children Elizabeth (Kevin Kuehni) McConnville, Joseph (Mary) Muska, Jr., Timothy (Laurie) Muska, John (Amy) Muska, Michelle (Steve) Pilgrim; grandchildren Bobby, Timmy, Christopher, Lee, Jim, Quentin, Melissa, Shaley, Nicole, Ryan and Shane; brothers Delvin Meyer, Keith Meyer and Terry Meyer.

She was preceded in death by a child Christopher John, her parents and sister Jean Davis.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 10, 2006 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, Drywood with Father Donald Bauer officiating. Interment will be in St. Anthony’s Church Cemetery, Drywood.

Family and friends may call at the Leiser Funeral Home in Cadott on Monday, Oct. 9 from 4-8 p.m. followed by an 8 p.m. vigil prayer service.

Memorials are preferred to a Humane Association of choice.
